Your satisfaction is very important to us.

Unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund when returned in its original carton with all packaging materials and accessories.

All returned merchandise is subject to inspection prior to the issuance of any refund, credit, or exchange. Merchandise that is damaged, incomplete, missing packaging or accessories, assembled, altered, or shows signs of use may be subject to a restocking fee or may be denied return at management's discretion.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment whenever possible.

Approved returns that cannot be resold as new due to missing packaging, missing parts, assembly, damage, or signs of use may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.

For health and safety reasons, mattresses, mattress toppers, pillows, bedding, and similar sleep products are not returnable once opened or once the manufacturer's seal has been broken.

Special-order merchandise requires management authorization for cancellation or return. Approved cancellations or returns may be subject to fees imposed by the manufacturer and/or a restocking charge.

Display model merchandise is sold AS IS and is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Discontinued, clearance, closeout, and final-sale merchandise is not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Delivery, assembly, and other transportation charges are non-refundable.

Deposits and layaway payments are fully refundable within 30 days of the original sale date, unless otherwise noted for special-order merchandise. After 30 days, cancellations may be subject to a fee of $10 or 10% of the purchase price, whichever is greater.

In the event of a manufacturer's defect, we will work with the manufacturer to repair or replace the defective part or, when necessary, the entire product. We stand behind the products we sell and will make every reasonable effort to resolve any legitimate warranty concerns promptly and fairly.
